Ethel's hospitality truly made me feel at home, and the breakfast spread was a delightful treat that I looked forward to each morning.
The room became quite warm due to the underfloor heating, which could benefit from some temperature control options.

Extremely quiet atmosphere, with the luxury of parking right outside the room. The underfloor heating kept the Beautiful Double Room toasty, perfect for a chilly night.
Room lacked control over heating, resulting in excessive warmth for some. Cleanliness concerns arose with spider webs and hairs found in the bed, suggesting a less-than-perfect clean. Water from the front door leaked onto the mat, creating a damp situation that could be managed better.

A hidden gem near Higham on The Hill 🌳🐶
The room was super clean, the bed was flippin comfy and I slept like a baby! Plus, Ethel is such a lekker host, made me feel right at home and even had a great brekkie spread. A real bonus was the underfloor heating—it was divine!
Only downside was that I didn’t get to meet all the farm animals, but that’s no biggie really.
